It is awful when a loved one passes away. You need people around you who can
navigate the world and lead you through the process. The personnel of Darling
Mouser did just that. They opened their arms to me and helped me, consoled me,
and made my days bearable. Steven was very professional and also friendly. I

Darling Mouser administrator Steven Bailey and Ms. Mary Alice (secretary) did an
amazing job from start to finish on my mothers funeral. Mr Bailey answered all
my phone calls personally, guided me through the whole funeral arrangement
process starting the very night my mom passed away in San Antonio. He kept me
informed of all the details pertaining to her transfer. We have visited other
funeral homes and were very disappointed with their lack of professionalism. At
Darling Mouser, all employees answer and attend to all family members with
respect and care. They are quick to accommodate requests and provide services as
needed. The selection of caskets, flowers, services, guest books, etc was easy
for me because they guided me respectfully helping me answer any questions of
cost, quality and use of items. I highly recommend Darling Funeral home to
anybody seeking professional services and support during a very trying time.
