HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

To ask a question or report a software bug, email support@livewhale.com and
we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

If your site is down, your homepage is broken, or you have another emergency
issue, email support@livewhale.com with “URGENT” in the subject line. That will
alert our whole team and we’ll get on it right away.

Please remember to always include a URL when reporting an issue. Screenshots or
screen recordings can be great, too, but a URL will help us find and diagnose
your issue as quickly as possible.
