OOPS! YOU'VE CLICKED ON A PHISHING LINK! Don't worry, this is a training exercise, but it could have been your own personal bank account that was hacked. We are helping everyone learn how to avoid cyber-attacks which rely on human error to succeed. Read and acknowledge this training by pressing the 'Acknowledge' button below. PLEASE NOTE: If you change your password on any of your accounts (bank, email, shopping, social media), via a phishing link (a link which unknown to you might be a hacker's link) the cyber attacker is given access to your account and could have devastating results. Follow these tips: 1. NEVER reset your password if you are asked to do so via an email or text, unless you are sure it is legitimate. 2. ALWAYS CHECK before you make any changes to your account. Do you recognise the sender? 3. If you receive any suspicious emails on a work device (computer, tablet or mobile), REPORT it to our phishing team using the ‘Suspicious email?’ button in Outlook or alternatively forward it to phishing@serco.com if you don't have the button or you're on a customer or personal device. (for North America - phishing@serco-na.com)
