A CITIZENS' HEARING


WATCH THE TRAILER...


The Citizens’ Hearing took place from June 22nd to 24th, 2022 in Toronto,
Canada, and marked the launch of an historic documentation of Canadians
negatively impacted by government responses to COVID-19.
 
During the course of the 3-day event, we heard from families who lost cherished
loved ones, students who were faced with the excruciating decision to give up
their dream of completing their education or take an injection that they
wholeheartedly disagreed with, business owners who lost everything,
professionals that were forced to make career-ending decisions, and experts that
confirmed that the government had other options and tools at their disposal that
did not get utilized during the course of this crisis.
 
The Citizens’ Hearing is the starting point for a process that seeks to:

-Bring to light the ongoing harms that Canadians are experiencing due to
government actions and inactions
-Give a voice to those that feel their cries for help are falling on deaf ears
-Receive scientific, medical and legal testimony as to alternative approaches
that were ignored or even banned, which might have been pursued
-Create open and transparent dialogue and consultation with a cross-section of
stakeholders
-Generate recommendations to ensure that Canadians never again experience the
degree of loss, trauma, and disruption caused by the official response to
COVID-19 

As you navigate through the heart-wrenching testimonies from the 3 days, we
encourage you to consider the decisions you might have made, were you in these
individuals’ shoes. How different would your life be, if you would have been
confronted by their situations and had to face the challenges each of them faced
as a result of their choices?




DAY 1 (JUNE 22, 2022)



Day 1 Opening Address with moderator, Trish Wood, award-winning journalist and
panel members, Preston Manning, , former leader of the federal opposition (1997
to 2000), Dr. Susan Natsheh, MD, pediatrician, and David Ross, president of the
Canadian Covid Care Alliance (CCCA).

Jaiden Weinrauch was barred from much of campus life, isolated and treated like
“a freak” in her last year of university because she was unvaccinated.

Hayley Weinrauch was isolated at university and given an ultimatum to get
“vaccinated,” despite a heart condition.

Kayla Bishop is a university student injured by the “vaccine” after succumbing

James Kitchen is one of a few Canadian lawyers helping university students fight
unconstitutional vaccine mandates and exemption request denials. He describes
the human rights violations and arbitrariness of the institutions’ mandates.

Marjaleena Repo: “I am a stage 4 breast cancer patient denied healthcare because
I am not able to wear a mask. The coronavirus mismanagement by governments has
pushed me outside of society where I am now discriminated against. There is no

and my life very likely shortened.”

Janina and Ryan Krienke’s daughter was diagnosed with severe hypocapnia and told
not to mask. Despite this, she was required to wear one for her physically
demanding competitive cheer training.

Chris Schaefer, a 28-year Occupational Health and Safety respirator specialist,

discusses the “pandemic” being reported in the news versus what she was seeing
in reality on the job.

Greg Hill, fired 32-year pilot, “One of the most damning consequences of our
unwillingness to ask good questions these past two years is the breathtaking
compromise in entire sectors and institutions. In aviation, trust has been
decimated in the airlines, unions and, most pointedly, Transport Canada. This is
impacting our industry in concerning areas, including safety.

Leighton Grey, an Alberta labour lawyer, works for a firm representing thousands
of workers against unconstitutional vaccine mandates, which “have nothing to do
with health and nothing to do with science” and represent a political attack on
the working class. He is currently in court against CMOH Deena Hinshaw over
lockdown restrictions.

Audrey Vanderhoek, an unvaccinated RN from BC, discusses the “shameful” and
“inhumane” experience she suffered as an unvaccinated RN in BC, eventually fired
for not taking the experimental gene therapy, nonsensical hospital protocols and
her case of long COVID.

Dr. Steven Pelech, a BC professor, discusses the extensive prevalence of natural
immunity in the Canadian population, real-world vaccine efficacy and the

Allan Rouben, a lawyer, examines the validity, extraordinary powers and
consequences given by the Emergency Economic Measures Order included in the

Leslie Smith, a 34-year Ontario lawyer, filed a complaint against Canada’s top
judge, Chief Justice Richard Wagner, for bias against protesting truckers.
Having publicly condemned the Freedom Convoy in public statements, Wagner could
potentially rule on cases related to truckers with what seems like a foregone
guilty conclusion.

DAY 2 (JUNE 23, 2022)

Dr. Chris Milburn says “the public health/government response to COVID was
unbalanced, destructive, and had a negative risk-benefit ratio.” Physicians were
gagged and had threats to reputation and livelihood from speaking one’s mind.
“This was unhealthy, unhelpful, and led to a situation where the most hysterical
voices were the most represented.”

Dr. Patrick Phillips: “I describe the rejection of my COVID vaccine adverse
event reports that I sent in for 9 of my patients who came in with new or
worsening symptoms following immunization. On top of the data not being
submitted to Health Canada and Ontario’s adverse event reporting system, the
CPSO and public health reprimanded me and have sent charges to the CPSO tribunal
seeking the revocation of my medical license.

Dr. Chong Wang describes his patient encounters on the topic of the “safe and
effective vaccines.” While trying to help  them make an informed choice, he
surmised that COVID was being used to drive a wedge between patients and their
doctors.

Dr. Francis Christian, an esteemed surgeon, professor and journal
editor-in-chief, discusses his questioning of the pandemic in April 2020 after
seeing experts deplatformed and persecuted for sharing “misinformation” and the
media being an arm of the government during “the greatest abuse of science and
medicine that we have witnessed in centuries.”

as pharmaceutical companies and ad hominem attacks rule over reasoned debates.

Jenn Gilbert and Jesse believe in natural health remedies; Jenn’s ex-husband is
pro-vaccine. In her testimony, Jenn describes the acrimonious battle now facing
many divorced families in which the judge sided with Jenn’s husband and ruled
that she should get “vaccinated.”

Dr. Eric Payne uses a slide presentation to discuss the COVID vaccines, their
(lack of) safety and effectiveness as well as the changed definition of what a
vaccine was and now is.

Deanna McLeod  testified to the flaws in the COVID-19 vaccines in children and
the conflicts of interest at a national and global level.

Dr. Keren Epstein Gilboa has a PhD in developmental psychology with related
research, publications, academic teaching and past clinical practice. The aim of
the testimony was to provide insight into children’s social and emotional
experiences for the past 2.5 years by comparing precepts of child development
established prior to the 2020-2022 crisis to conditions that children endured
due to the officially instated measures. She emphasized infancy and early
childhood due to rapid brain growth during the first 45 months of life and the
impact of this period on continued development.

Gail Davidson addressed Canada’s COVID response in the context of its
commitments under Canadian and international human rights law. Many rights and
freedoms during the “pandemic” were suspended, as Canada took an unlawful
approach to dealing with a virus.

Max Daigle founded the Canadian Adverse Event Reporting System (CAERS). It
collects and provides reports from individuals having possible adverse events,
testimonies, and data collected from Canadians having taken the inoculation for
Covid-19.

Annabelle Edge, a single mother of 2 young children, had a pre-existing
condition severely exacerbated after “vaccination” and, needing to provide for
her children, more severely after a second dose to gain employment. She has
suffered immeasurably contemplating her own life, while receiving no support or
acknowledgment from doctors that her current condition may be vaccine-induced.

Gordon Polevoy did his part and got “vaccinated.” Now, he’s physically disabled
and suffering debilitating neurological impairments and psychological trauma. He
has since been harassed, bullied, and admonished “for having the temerity to
have an educated position contrary to the drunken zeitgeist.”

Kelly-Sue Oberle took 2 doses of COVID “vaccines” and suffered severe injuries,
including multiple strokes, and permanent disabilities, including cognitive
impairment and blindness in one eye. Now ridiculed for trying to bring attention
to her case, she goes to bed every night with a slip of paper under her pillow
that states: “I am a Kelly-Sue Oberle. I live at [address]. I belong to someone,
and I matter”.

Dr. Arlene Singh-Dattoo is a college professor who took 2 COVID shots against
her will to continuing teaching. She now suffers from amyotrophic lateral
sclerosis (ALS), which results in the progressive loss of control of voluntary
muscles. Now out of work and without disability pay, she can no longer go
anywhere alone due to her condition.

Kayla Jones: “Vaccine injury resulting in CNS Vasculitis, hospital stay, brain
surgery, effect on myself and children. No help from government after not being
able to work due to injury. Ongoing effects, lots of medicine. Loss of self

Ryan Gassner’s 19-year-old daughter has a learning disability and autoimmune
disorder. Without consent, she was vaccinated while thinking she was getting a
test. Since then, she’s suffered suffered more that 150 seizures, “huge
cognitive decline, resting heart rate of 140 BPM and sleeps 16 – 18 hrs a day.”
She now lives back at home under 24/7 care and cannot go anywhere unsupervised.

Myriam Boheimer, a family law lawyer from Quebec, testified that all decisions
currently rendered in family law are in favour of the vaccination of children
against Covid-19. The judges unanimously follow the public health
recommendations and refuse to hear expert evidence or medical
literature/studies.

Karen Kobel describes the unique situation in which she found herself injured by
1 dose and still “not fully vaccinated,” subject to all the restrictions that
come with that status. She also details the hit to her livelihood, offering
mental, emotional, spiritual and physical help, and the consequent loss to the

RECENT
