We are partners with world-wide famous brands to deliver high quality products at competitive prices. PRODUCT SOLUTION We work at multiple scales including industrial design. The work spans a wide range of disciplines and design industries that includes interiors furnitures, products and exhibition design. We can develop custom furnitures specific for each project and that can be produced using digital fabrication technologies reducing production costs. TECH ART We design digital artworks through algorithms that simulate natural phenomena and geometrical distributions. Through the use of computational tools, we express our ideas, designing and visualizing patterns inside data. OUR APPROACH LATEST TECHNOLOGIES We are a highly digitally collaborative practice and we operate with latest technologies, using 3D modeling, algorithmic design and virtual reality development to study and develop each building in a fully integrated 3D environment since early stages and we evolve the model with the project. VIRTUAL REALITY APPLICATIONS In the contemporary property markets, most of the projects are sold based on the project, generally visualized only with still images, not allowing the client to be fully involved with the project and the real value of the development. We develop VR visualizations to support our clients during the stage of design and throughout the process of selling the properties on the market. BIM We use digital workflows based on Building Information Modeling. We use 3D digital environments to optimize our buildings, maximize sustainability, rationalize geometries, embed data in order to simplify the coordination process and later stages of construction enabling a linear pipeline from design to fabrication. ALGORITHMIC SOLUTION Our workflow is based on custom algorithms that allow for integration from the initial stages of design to construction logics, including data to inform design decisions and developing smarter buildings. This visionary redesign plan is to transform the former Dearborn Hyatt Regency into a captivating new iconic landmark as the heartbeat of Dearborn. Inspired from the existing radial structure and the circulation flows already present on the site, the concept utilizes flow lines and dynamic lines to reconnect the existing building with its context. Flow lines symbolize movement and guide pedestrians along a fluid path, connecting gathering areas. Dynamic lines resemble nature's curves, creating elegance and motion. The cladding design emphasizes this concept with curves and embossed patterns mirroring organic flow. This project is not only a mix-used residential development but also an ambitious endeavor to create green spaces, green surfaces and parks in the city with innovative clean energy features, encompassing public health, environmental sustainability, and flood mitigation efforts. Besides the extra residential units, the expanded and fully-utilized property will provide additional numerous parking spaces, rental spaces, event spaces, winter garden, rooftop infinity pool, and expansive green spaces and decks as the park in the center of the city. MENA ELECTRIFICATION PROJECT Middle East and North Africa MENA ELECTRIFICATION PROJECT This ambitious project aims to transform the electric vehicle (EV) landscape across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. It outlines a strategic initiative to build a comprehensive and leading EV charging network, addressing both current and future demands for electric mobility. The project unfolds in two phases: the initial establishment of a robust charging infrastructure featuring 254 sites and 1,000 chargers, starting in Egypt and expanding into the UAE and major Gulf routes, followed by the development of logistics chains and state-of-the-art EV assembly facilities focusing on high-end, original EV parts and batteries tailored for the MENA markets. Key goals include fostering sustainability, improving urban air quality, lowering healthcare costs, stimulating industrial growth, reducing dependence on foreign currency, and enhancing energy independence. Egypt, with its population of 120 million and ideal urban density, is positioned as a critical starting point for this venture. The project plans to introduce ultra-fast DC charging stations offering the highest speeds of 350kW+, transition to advanced solid-state batteries, and localize EV assembly with the latest technology. THE XIA EMERALD New York, USA, 2020-current THE XIA EMERALD PROJECT The building is located in a strategic point in the city, close to La Guardia Airport and facing the waterfront. The rich and dynamic urban context serves as a unique framework to design the Xia Emerald Hotel and Mixed-use Project. The site from a conceptual point of view works like a junction between different types of traffic flows, road traffic flows, air traffic flows and maritime traffic flows. These different flows surrounding the site inspired us to develop the design for the Xia Emerald Tower. This idea of flows is widely present in nature, like sea waves, stone formations and echoes their continuous forms and force fields that determine their shape. The circulation flows surrounding the site distributed at different layers are all echoed in the building overall massing and visual appearance through the interplay of cladding stripes, louvers flow and large glazed curtain wall. The facade massing volumes follows the three main internal functions, community facilities, commercial and residential. The volumes depart from the southwest corner and interlock in multiple flows of volumes that generate terraces and public amenities allowing the users to experience the building in connection with the surrounding landscape, dominated by Flushing Bay Promenade. GREEN EFFORTS The Winning project of the Community Heat Pump Systems pilot program administered by the New York State Energy Research and Authority. We demonstrate how a large city block project can incorporate community heating into urban scale facilities. And this is not the only way this project is leading change. The project is the winning project of the Community Heat Pump Systems pilot program administered by the New York State Energy Research and Authority. The community heating system installed at The Xia Emerald will serve as a guide as to how community heating can (and should) play a central role in demonstrating financially viable achievement of the decarbonization goals. This integrated designed eco-friendly energy system obtains electricity from natural solar source with no energy cost and transfer, store it into the battery pack. Eventually consumed by the building cluster with zero carbon emission in its entire cycle. THE XIA HOTEL New York, USA THE XIA HOTEL PROJECT The Xia Hotel is developed as a design-driven hotel where modern technology and aesthetics meet timeless elegance. The project also includes a high-end conference and venue spaces, along with spa, fitness center, lounge bar and restaurants led by chef Shinichi Inoue, formerly of Michelin-starred restaurants Sushi Azabu and Sushi Inoue. Facade is engineered with 4 layers of oversized photovoltaic glass curtain wall, multi layers of protection and helps energy preservation. BIM, Echo HVAC and flooring heating system, real ultra fiber optic net work are also applied while construction. High-tech infused futuristic smart experience with facial recognition and smart interactive at whole property, voice control with smart 3D room control systems. THE VAULTS TOWER London, UK, 2019 THE VAULTS TOWER PROJECT The Vaults Tower is a project for a residential tower in central London, characterized by a high degree of modularity to enhance off-site fabrication strategies. The vaults are designed as modular units that can be fabricated off-site and mounted on site minimizing the amount of formworks, reducing CO2 emissions and increasing the quality of finishes. The vaults have been developed to frame the internal views from inside the flats and their volume work as thermal mass becoming a passive device for the overall energy efficiency. The terraced gardens work as shading devices reducing direct solar exposure of the flats during the summer, contributing to the energy efficiency of the tower. The terraces host plants creating a vertical green distribution, increasing the quality of the built environment and making this tower a landmark for a new way of conceiving sustainable residential developments suitable for off-site fabrication. The tower hosts serviced apartments, feature entrance lobby, shared facilities and high end restaurants and bars. BRADFIELD TOWER London, UK, 2020-current BRADFIELD TOWER PROJECT The idea behind Bradfield Tower is to create a mixed use tower, where residential functions coexist with co-working spaces, private gym and a rooftop bar. The ground floor is characterized by entrance lobbies and retail to create a 24hr activation around the site. The façade plays an essential role in the overall design of the building creating openings and terraces that dematerialize the building corners. In our development approach we design facades as 3D systems that respond to multifunctional requirements, and take in account construction strategies from early stages of design. CITY MAIN LIBRARY Gwangju, Korea, 2020 CITY MAIN LIBRARY PROJECT The project for the New City Main Library is the first phase of the project named “Regenerating Sangmu incinerator”. The site for the New City Main Library is located in Sangmu district in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The project proposes a public Library combined with community sports facilities. The proposal is developed to create a new milestone symbol of culture, social integration and innovation, rethinking the role of libraries in contemporary society and the relation between digital media and analogue materials to create new opportunities to promote culture.
