About:
The Balwin Sport Marathon Series is now in its second year and promises to be
bigger and better than the first.

The Balwin Sport Jeppe Marathon, now part of the four race inter-provincial
Balwin Marathon series.

This race is steeped in history and is a gem on the Central Gauteng calender
which is a regular go-to for runners. The event is a Comrades and Two Oceans
qualifier loved by many.

The route remains unchanged, the marathon is a testing two-lapper around
Bedfordview and Edenvale.

With even more new sub sponsors on board the race promises to be value for
money. On offer this year is a free race shirt to the first 4000 entrants in the
42km, 21km and 10km. Goodie bags and medals to all finishers.

As an added bonus, a Coach Parry training program and race images, all normally
at a cost to the runner are now covered by the event.

Your entry once again also gives you a chance to go into a lucky draw to win an
apartment worth R 800,000 at a Balwin development.
