Can an email really improve your English?
Absolutely!
Here’s how:
1.READ VITAMIN V EVERY DAY; MAKE IT A HABIT.
Do anything every day and you will improve.
Read Vitamin V every day and you will learn new words and understand more.
2. DO NOT TRANSLATE WORDS. DO NOT LOOK UP WORDS IN THE DICTIONARY.
This is not school. There will not be a test. Trust your brain: it learns
naturally just by reading interesting stories. Don’t try to control it.
3. ENJOY IT.
If you don’t enjoy it, click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email.

It doesn’t matter how old we are or how often we make a mistakes. What matter on
is our enjoy from doing English including Mr. Vig’s vitamin V. By the way, I
personally am nearly 77.

I am always enjoying when I am reading your interest in the texts! I was ! to
you that my problem is speaking english! I can write, maybe relatively well, but
i need practice in reading and speaking! I am so glad you recovered! I have had
the same fracture of my knee during of skiing, fifteen years ego.I was needed
one year for recovering. I hadn’t have the operation, only an extension . Now I
