well when he catered last week for our party of 10 people at our villa in
Vilamoura. The quality of the food was outstanding, selected from a wide menu
which he provided us in advance for pre-ordering. Catering well for both the
vegetarian and non-vegetarian members of our party, each course was a real treat
for us all, covering a wide range of tastes. The three course meal with wine was
prepared and served with true service expertise allowing everyone to savour each
course without rushing. The sunny personalities of Sergio and his assistant made
the evening such fun and nothing was a trouble. At the end of the meal, they
both washed up and cleared the dishes so that you would not know they had ever
been there. Thank you Sergio for your immense expertise and good spirit which
