RAY FLYNN
MEMORIAL FUND

RAYMOND WILLIAM FLYNN, JR.

AUGUST 17, 1972 – AUGUST 23, 2022

Raymond William Flynn, Jr., passed at the youthful age of 50, in Warwick, Rhode
Island, on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. Raymond will forever be remembered as a
devoted and loving father to his children – Paige Alexis, Skylar Nowelle, Colby
James, Emily Rae, and William Raymond Flynn. His love and dedication to his
children were evident in every aspect of his life, and he took great pride in
providing for them and being an integral part of their upbringing.

Raymond’s impact was not limited to his family alone, as he was a pillar of his
community and touched countless lives with his kindness and generosity. He had a
genuine interest in people and always went the extra mile to help those in need.
It is no surprise that his absence will be felt by many.

Although Raymond may be physically gone, his memory will continue to live on in
the hearts of those who knew and loved him, and his legacy will remain an
inspiration to us all.

When: January 1, 2024
Time: 12:30pm
Where: Bonnet Shores Beach Club
Post-Celebration: Twin Willows featuring Music by John Erickson

FIRST PLUNGE FOR RAY

January 1, 2023 over 200 people fought the flooding and made their way to Bonnet
Shores Beach Club and showed the Flynn kids how much their father was loved.
Donning their ‘Plunge For Ray’ t-shirts many of them bravely made it into the
water to show support for an event that Ray had made a tradition with his 5
kids!

After the plunge was complete, the celebration continued with Ray’s good friend,
John Erickson, performing at Twin Willows. It was a great tribute to a man who
was sure to be missed by many! We look forward to seeing many of you again this
year, as we continue to remember and celebrate Raymond Flynn.
