This update has a few bug fixes

FIXED

 * A timing error that caused the XRPLib update to get stuck at 34% or 64%
 * XRPCode now updates the MicroPython and then XRPLib
 * Fixed escape sequences getting lost while using the keyboard commands with
   the REPL in the Shell window
