WILL THERE BE FLIGHTS TO EL ALAMEIN INTERNATIONAL AIPORT?

There will be daily flight options from Cairo International Airport to El
Alamein International Airport during the build up, event days and break down to
support our exhibitors and visitors on their travel arrangements. More
information on this will be provided soon. You can also email your initial
requirements to travel@egypt-air-show.com and we will keep you updated.

WHAT ARE THE ACCOMODATION OPTIONS IN EL ALAMEIN CITY?

Egypt International Airshow has secured a large number of hotel rooms across El
Alamein City for our exhibitors and visitors. Click here to view the available
hotel options. To find out more about this, please email your initial
requirements to travel@egypt-air-show.com and we can allocate a room on your
behalf.

WHO CAN ATTEND?

EIAS is only open to visitors who are engaged in legitimate areas of the
defence, commercial aviation, space and business aviation industries. The
general public are NOT allowed entry to Egypt International Airshow.

Children under 18 years old will NOT be permitted entry onto the site.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Business attire or service dress is the required dress code for all attendees at
EIAS.

WHEN WILL THE FLYING DISPLAYS TAKE PLACE?

The flying displays program will be available closer to the show. Please check

WHERE WILL THE CONFERENCES TAKE PLACE?

The conferences will take place as follows:

 * New Space Horizons Conference - Africa and the Middle East: 1 - 2 September
   2024, Space City, Cairo. If you want to enquire about speaking, sponsoring or
   attending as a delegate, please register your interest here. 
 * Civil Aviation Conference: 3-5 September, El Alamein International
   Airport. If you want to enquire about speaking, sponsoring or attending as a
   delegate, please register your interest here.

 * Final tickets will be on sale at $550

WILL THERE BE PRAYER ROOMS?

The venue has designated male and female prayer rooms.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE VENUE?

For security reasons, all personnel must wear their badges during the show. Once
registered and approved, kindly ensure you have printed your digital badge on A4
paper and bring it with you to the show.
