WHAT IS THE PRODUCT?

It’s a termite killing and monitoring treatment system designed for homeowners…
based on using termite instincts against them.

WHAT ARE THE CLAIMS? ARE THEY BELIEVABLE?

The bait is the same formulation and monitoring follows the same principles pest
technicians use. You’ll get the same results… dead colonies and a protected
home. And, because you do the work, you’ll save many thousands of dollars.

HOW CREDIBLE IS THE COMPANY?

Integrity is the most guarded asset of everyone in our company. It has been
during the almost 20 years since we began. Ion Staunton, the inventor of the
system was, before then, co-author of the first and subsequent text books used
in TAFE courses including Australian Termites, carried by good pest technicians.
He knows his stuff because he keeps up with the science.

IS IT AUSTRALIAN? CAN I TALK TO SOMEONE IF I NEEDED TO?

Yes and Yes. An Australian (Bill Flick) was the first in the world to devise a
reliable method to kill termite colonies and Ion was the first in the world to
design and patent an on-ground monitor to intercept scouting termites looking
for wood. Both the Bait and Traps are made in Australia. And yes, we love to

HOW COMPLICATED IS THE TERMITE TREATMENT SYSTEM?

Homeowners can easily use the bait to kill termites they’ve found attacking
timber. It’s no more difficult than feeding your family and pets. The TermiTraps
are placed on gardens, pathways and pavers so there is no digging to fight rocks
and roots. Practical, illustrated instructions are in every carton… and you can
always call 1800 20 30 20. for a chat.

WHAT DOES IT COST?

If you’ve found termites and need Colony Killer Termite Bait, a carton cost $260
including postage within Australia. If you want to defend your home with a
perimeter ring of TermiTraps, a carton of 22 will cost you $475 including
postage. There is no need to buy bait until you need it. Kits of Bait plus Traps
bought together are discounted.

CAN I BUY EASILY?

On-line is easy for most customers but if you prefer to have a talk before you
decide… call 1800 20 30 20 and we’ll take your order over the phone. And yes, we
occasionally get an order by mail with a cheque enclosed. (We haven’t had a
Money Order posted to us for nearly 10 years).

ANY GUARANTEE?

Yes (and no). Yes... if when you receive the product, you change your mind or
have second thoughts that it is not what you expected, you can return to us for
a full refund — no arguments from us. No... we don’t guarantee results that we
cannot control such as where you placed Traps and how you baited them or,
whether you misinterpreted instructions. And it is very difficult to prove in
court whether or not termites were already busy inside a structure before the
monitors were put in place outside.
