How much is the membership fee?

The initial membership fee is set at £1,999 exclusively for the first 300
founding members. Beyond this initial group, the fee will regularly increase as
we expand our offering.
This tiered pricing strategy not only rewards early adopters with a more
favorable rate but also scales to reflect the growing value within the
community.

Please note that the fee you join at is locked in for life, as your membership
is active.

What happens if a property is fully booked?

First and foremost, we are working to ensure that full bookings rarely happen.
Our booking system is being designed with fairness and accessibility in mind.
Also, the Barcelona houses that we’re looking at can easily welcome 50 people at
a time.

In the unlikely event that a property is fully booked, members will still be
able to enjoy the house’s amenities during the day.
We’re also implementing solutions like personal lockers for storage and
investigating additional services to ensure that even if you can’t access the
houses for some time, you still get a bunch of value from the community.

What is included in the membership fee?

The annual membership fee provides access to any of the houses in our global
network.
Members are responsible for their own food and flight expenses. While amenities
such as well-equipped gyms, swimming pools, and office spaces are included, the
meal prep service is optional and available at an additional cost.
Additionally, the price of membership includes access to exclusive events and
seminars, offering valuable opportunities to network with ambitious men.

What is the minimum age requirement to join?

Our project initially welcomes individuals 18+ for the first 300 members.
Following this initial phase, new applicants will be required to be 21+,
ensuring a mature and responsible community environment as we expand.

Is there a limit to how long I can stay?

We’re currently finalizing the details on booking lengths to ensure fairness and
accessibility for all members. Information on set time limits or rebooking
intervals will be provided soon.

What are the benefits of becoming a Founding Member?

Founding Members, limited to the initial 300, will enjoy a lifetime locked-in
price of £1,999 per year.
Additionally, these early members have a unique chance to influence the
community’s direction and its offerings.

Once we reach the 300-member cap, we will temporarily close applications for a
period of 6 to 12 months, allowing us to focus on delivering value to the
community.

Can I bring guests to the house?

We’re still defining our policy here.
+1’s will for sure be welcome to use the facilities and enjoy the house during
the day but probably won’t be allowed to stay overnight. Only members will be
allowed to book stays.

If I pay my membership fee in March and the first house doesn't open until May,
does that mean I lose out on two months of membership?

Not at all. Your one-year membership period begins only when the first house
opens.
So, if you pay in March and we open, say, in May, your membership will run from
May to the following May.

Can members contribute to the project beyond the membership fee?

In the near future, we will offer members the opportunity to further invest in
the project’s development through a dedicated fund aimed at enhancing and
expanding our house offerings.
Further details on how to participate in this fund will be announced shortly.
