     we had a really bad experience. We had over 25 rooms booked in. None of the
     rooms were told that they will not be any cleaning rooms were dirty staff
     was rude cause they just didn’t have anybody there thank you.

     ROOM WAS AVERAGE, VALET MAIN ENTRANCE CLOSED.
     
     Valet main entrance was closed- confusing. Parked at a public lot and
     walked over. The pricey hotel and room overall not quite as opulent as I
     remember. It appeared dated, a little worn. The breakfast and staff was

     DISAPPOINTING STAY
     
     The room was rundown and dated. Stains in the shower, a rip in the fabric
     of the chair. When checking in we were informed of a fantastic upgrade to a
     room with a city view. The room looked over a parking garage and straight
     at the middle of a building. Our room was not cleaned and when I requested
     housekeeping, someone brought a wad of towels to our room. There was a cart
     overflowing with dirty linens and trash parked outside our room the entire
     stay. Our key did not work in the elevator throughout most of the stay
     despite multiple attempts to get a working key from the front desk. I do
     not recommend this hotel. It is disappointing for the price point.

     Rooms are outdated. Water pressure was not great in the bathroom and there
     were stains on the floor and bed. No vending machines. The front desk said
     they would send waters to our room and they never came. Ice machine was

     Very Disappointed. Hotel Outdated and Not Clean. Dingy Sheets, Soiled
     Carpet, Excessive dust in room. Old worn-down furniture. Marriott/Westin
     should really be ashamed that they have allowed this hotel to get to this
     point. Renovations should be done immediately and at the very least, clean
     the rooms thoroughly, until a renovation is done. Shame on you Marriott.

     The room was very dirty. There was no hot water. Housekeeping "forgot" to
     freshen my room. The shower in the morning had NO hot water. Maintenance
     keyed into my room while I was in the restroom after I told them they

     While the room was nice, it showed normal wear and tear, needing upgrading.
     The more concerning aspect was the subpar cleaning... fake eyelashes were
     left on the counter in the bathroom. Hair was everywhere, as if vacuuming
     or general cleaning had not been performed in the room. Probably the worst
     cleanliness in a hotel I've seen in years.

     The room was adequate however there was no mattress cover on either
     mattress just a flat sheet.
     There was nowhere in bathroom to hang up towels.
     The doors were weirdly narrow both to the room and to the bathroom. Luckily
     no one in our party was plus sized or it would have been very
     uncomfortable.
