HOW MUCH IS PICKUP AND DELIVERY?

We charge a flat rate of $1.49 per pound.



WHEN DO I GET MY CLOTHES BACK AFTER PICK UP?

Your clothes will be returned to you clean, folded and organized on the drop off
day and time selected during the ordering process.


DO I NEED TO BE HOME?

You do not need to be home during the pickup and deilvery windows, just make
sure you state your perfered pickup location in your order details. Typical
pickup and delivery spots for homeowners are front poarches, while apartment /
condo owners have the ability to leave it on thier front door step or with thier
doorman or front desk.


WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TURBO LAUNDRY BRANDED BAG?

We will return your fresh, clean, folded clothes in a Turbo Laundry branded bag
on your very first order.


WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRACTICES OF LAUNDRY CARE?

We wash your clothes with Original Gain detergent, softener and Bounce dryer
sheets in our commercial, high efficiency machines.  We will follow the care
instructions on the clothing label unless directed otherwise. If alternative
processing is desired, please let us know.

ARE MY CLOTHES WASHED OR DRIED WITH OTHER CUSTOMER'S CLOTHES?

No. We wash and dry our customers’ laundry individually in separate machines.


WHO HANDLES MY CLOTHES?

The only people that handle your clothes are our trained, professional, curtious
staff and local dry cleaners. From pickup to delivery, your clothes are in the
hands of laundry and dry cleaning experts focused on delivering fresh clothes
straight to your doorstep.


WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST SERVICE?

After you schedule your first pickup, please place all garments into a plastic
bag and place them in your designated pick up location. You will receive a text
45 minutes prior to your pick up window to confirm the pickup. Feel free to
leave your clothes or stick around, we’ll get them as long as they’re in the
designated area stated in your order notes.


CAN I REQUEST SPECIAL PREFERENCES?

We do our best to accommodate every request. If there’s something special we
need to know just log into your account and update your laundry and folding
instructions.
