GROUP STRATEGY UPDATE

With our new 2030 ambition, the timing is right to update the current group
strategy from 2020. To do that, I want your thoughts and ideas, and I want to
use the newest AI technology to help us. The new strategy will be an important
lever for us in succeeding with our 2030 ambition. Your input will be the
starting point for the discussion and dialogue at the two upcoming digital
workshops.


COLLECTIVE DISCOVERY TO CO-CREATE OUR UPDATED STRATEGY



Dear Leaders,

It was great to see you at the Leadership Boost in February. Spending two days
with you made me even stronger in my conviction that we are on a path of shaping
a great future for Munters.

We have executed well on our strategy and it’s now time to update our path to
reach our 2030 ambition. The Group Strategy is an important tool to guide us
towards that ambition.

As we presented at the Leadership Boost, we will work together in the coming
months to achieve this by using Collective Discovery, powered by AI. By
listening, and using AI to capture the unique perspectives, we can use the
insights as an invaluable tool and discussion backdrop for our upcoming
workshops.

First, please reflect and answer the question What do you believe is key for us
to achieve our 2030 ambition?  under Share your perspectives. With your
perspectives and thoughts in answering this question, we can start identifying
the main obstacles and solutions and formulate concrete actions to help us
update our Group Strategy and turn it into a useful tool for us to achieve
continuous success.

AI ENABLES A DIALOGUE THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY NOT POSSIBLE


WE ARE USING THE LATEST AI TECHNOLOGY TO SHARE IDEAS AND PERSPECTIVES ON HOW WE
NEED TO CHANGE FOR THE FUTURE.

These ideas and perspectives will be discussed at the Collective Discovery Group
Strategy Workshops. The analysis and insights from your expertise will also be
shared with all of you after both workshops.

   In a dream world, everyone at Munters would regularly talk to each other
   without misunderstandings or difficulties in understanding each other. Then,
   we would fully understand our organization's needs, common challenges, and
   opportunities.
   
   The technological advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) in recent
   years have made the technology incredibly good at understanding language and
   analyzing large amounts of information. Therefore, we are now using the
   latest AI technology to listen better and more broadly and thus capture more
   ideas and perspectives.
   
   As a leader at Munters, please answer this open-ended question and write down
   everything you can think of about what we need to do to ensure our Group
   Strategy creates a stronger Munters in the future, in your own words.
   
   With the help of new technology, we can find insights about what we
   collectively need to focus on to improve. So that we all get a clear view of
   what direction we need to move forward to reach our 2030-ambition.
   
   This Collective Discovery, created by all of us together, will give us a
   foundation for discussion at our upcoming digital workhops. We will work
   together, focusing on the areas we collectively point to and identify what is
   key for us to achieve our 2030 ambition.
   
   


HOW WILL THIS BE USED?


AI MODELS WILL ANALYZE ALL ANONYMOUS RESPONSES ABOUT WHAT WE SAY THE FUTURE
NEEDS. THIS IS WHAT WE WILL FOCUS OUR DIALOGUE ON.

This will give us a Collective Discovery of topics we point to as essential
areas of change for the future. When we meet in a few weeks, this will shape our
discussion.

We will focus on the most significant areas and work together to become more
concrete and identify what we consider to be the most prioritized obstacles and
solutions needed for an impactful updated Group Strategy that can lead the way
towars our 2030 ambition.
