PRODUCT MANAGER

Cloud Software

Our client is a SaaS company that is looking for doers, leaders, and dreamers to
join their team. They are venture-backed and on a mission to revolutionize how
marketing decisions are made. The Product Manager will be responsible for
driving the company's product direction and collaborating with cross-functional
teams to bring new products and features to life.

Responsibilities:

 * Define product strategy for individual roadmap items with a cross-functional
   leadership team
 * Lead feature developments from start to finish
 * Run user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments to inform
   product direction
 * Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding
   justification
 * Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
 * Be an expert with respect to the business and industry
 * Be a product leader within the company
 * Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics after deployment

Qualifications:

 * 4-5+ years of Product Management experience at a SAAS company
 * Self-starter with a bias toward action
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
 * Owned a successful product from inception to launch
 * Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to do their best work
 * Relentlessly focused on customers’ needs
 * Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and
   organizational skills
 * Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
 * Strong alignment with our core values: Build Together; Do What You Say; Care;
   Release It; Embrace Differences
 * Startup experience/environment is preferred

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is from $140,000 to $160,000. Our client offers a
comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, short-term
disability coverage, and 401k. Employees also receive the following: flexible
paid time off, 12 paid holidays, company-wide recharge days, and remote working
arrangements.
