Put a phone call in to owner Bob Stewart to come out to give an estimate on
taking down my old fence and replacing with a new privacy fence. He got right
back with me and set up an appointment to come to my home. He walked the whole
yard with me to see exactly what I had in mind. There was no high pressure
whatsoever, he wanted me to get what I wanted and be happy with it for a long
time to come. He gave me a price, I added a few more of my wants to the job, we
settled on a price. Bob scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out to start my job. He
ended up calling and asked if it would be OK to start the job a few days early,
I was glad for them to get started. His guys came out on Saturday, worked Sunday
and completed the job on Monday before rain was expected to start that week. The
guys worked hard, were respectful of me and my property and got the job done.
Cleaned up after themselves and hauled the old fence and any trash away. I would
definitely recommend Top Rail Fence to anyone thinking about fence work at their
home. Did what they said they would do in a timely manner, of which I was so
appreciative.
