ADMISSIONS Admissions Hunterdon Care Center accepts admissions seven days a week. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and many insurance plans, as well as private pay. Our Director of Admissions can assist you with insurance and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and help you in maximizing your benefits. Our staff works closely with hospitals, doctors, discharge planners and social workers to ensure a smooth and easy transfer to Hunterdon Care Center. MEMORY CARE Alzheimer’s Memory Care Individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s or other cognitive disorders require an environment and care program that are designed to address their unique medical, social, and recreational needs.
