verify forged Document
I was signed up to a loan contract I never actually signed. The finance company
are refusing to give me certain docs pertaining to the loan. On the loan
agreement they did send, it is docusigned. It has an envelope ID, but should
there be an IP address to track location or how can I prove it is a forged doc?

SSO RelayState
Our organization is using DocuSign SSO. After successful SSO users always land
on https://apps.docusign.com/send/home page. We would like our users to be
redirected the Drafts view instead -
https://apps.docusign.com/send/documents?view=draft Usually in SAML SSO this is
done via RelayState parameter but DocuSign is ignoring this parameter. Is there
a way to force DocuSign to go to a different page/view after SSO? Thanks.

My signature blocks are being dropped after I send to signer
I have sent two documents to different clients and when they get them one or
more of the signature blocks are missing. This causes a delay as I have to
resend the documents more than once. I have double-checked the signature blocks
before I send them - is there a way to prevent this.

Multiples Signatures and Audit Trail
We have a number of senior stakeholders who need to be able to sign documents as
themselves and on behalf of the company. We know we can create multiple
signatures so each has a unique name AND the same secondary signature I.E. Jim
Smith and Joe Bloggs Inc. Another partner will have Chris Adams and Joe Bloggs
Inc. How do we select which signature is used when signing? Does the system
track which individual signed on behalf of the company in the Certificate of
Completion I.E. does it know it was Jim using Joe Bloggs Inc and not Chris? Can
we make a system level signature that all affected individuals can access
without all logging into the same account I.E a shared signature? Any assistance
greatly received. Jason

Best course of action for asking for yearly updates?
What is the best option for having a document updated yearly? I have a group of
individuals who have already filled out/signed the document, but I need them to
go in every year or so and make any updates to their circumstances in the
document. Is it best to just send a new one along? Or should I copy the old one

I have a partnership agreement that all partners need ro sign
So I have a partnership agreement that 180 partners need to sign. They all need
to sign the same knw. So 180 signatures on a single document. What's the easiest
way to set that up? I assume bulk upload? The Excel file has their name, email,
and they are in the order they need to sign. The document has a line where each
partner needs to sign. It's basically about 20 blank pages with blank lines.
Would I put a name field and a signature field on each line? Do I label the data
property on each signature field and name field? Just curious how k would set
that up on the PDF and then the csv file Thanks!

Combining a personal and work user account
One of our secretaries created a free, temporary DocuSign account. We want to
get her set up as a user on our company account, so we created a user account
for her. However, she used her work email address for the temporary account, so
when she tries to log in, she is directed to her temporary account. Is it
possible to merge them? She has one envelope in the temporary account. Ideally,

account to do it, in the plan and billing option there’s no option to make the
payment, we only have the option to update the payment method. If the payment

Dear Community, just need a quick understanding if there is a way to send an
envelope document for signature and receive an email from DocuSign copying my
team members in that email that shows the progression of whom i have sent the

i can't change my signature and initials on a document
I was sent a document for signature by a 3rd party. I opened the relevant link
and uploaded my custom signature. I clicked the region to be signed.
Unfortunately the image initials appear too small in the document. Now every
time I open the link it uses the same initials to sign and I can't change it. I
tried to hover of the logo to get the change signature option but it doesn't
show up. How do I resolve this issue?

What is the difference between 'opened' and 'viewed' actions by the recipient?
When reviewing the Envelope History, two actions in the “Action” column are
“Opened” and “Viewed”. What is the difference between these two actions? For
example, do both actions provide evidence the recipient saw the email and at
least opened/viewed the document? Sometimes when recipients have not signed the
document, I email them and indicate, “I notice you opened (and/or viewed) the
document on xxxx but have not signed it. The deadline for xxxx has passed.” When
there are strict deadlines contained within the document and recipients try to
say they were not aware of/did not see the DocuSign email until after the
deadline, I want to be correct if I ‘counter’ with evidence on the report that
indicates otherwise. Thank you!
