You make it harder than trying to get a hold of the president to contact your
customer service department. I need new service at a different address.

CANCEL AUTO PAYMENTS

I was on hold for 25 minutes before I finally hung up and no one has called
back. Trying to get a live person by phone is ridiculous. It took me 20 minutes

PISSED DISCONNECTED
I have a baby Im a U.S. army veteran disabled and I was told that even though
they have all paperwork since 3/1 they cant help me. They wont turn electric
back . I was not on hold and csr said stop having kids.

BILLING QUESTIONS
I'm being charged for power I Did not use.I moved from that address in mid.
2017. I might have left a Bill of 185.00 from usage before I .I think some moved
in after me and found out I had not called for disconnect. So they lived there
probably till they got kicked out.

BILL CHARGES
I made numerous calls was put on hold finally got somebody and had to transfer.
Got disconnected had to call again and no one returned my call. Very upset about
the Customer Service at this point.

PAY BILL
Tried to pay my bill, I got no where. Your company sucks. First they charge way
too much and then lower the bills your rates are ridiculous its impossible to
reach anyone to discuss my bill or pay it. I hate eversource!!!

NO NEW ELECTRIC BILL
Gas and electric meters were read remotely on 3/13. Normally have both bills on
line the nest day. I got the gass bill , but the electric bill has net to
appear.. They have never dragged their feet this way before, Their web site give
NO resource to go on line. Got hold of an answering BOT. But they wanted $5.00
for an answer.

Try to get a hold of someone to help me w my electric bill all day so I dont
