   next step.

   FINAL INTERVIEW
   
   Passing Applicants are turnover to Placement Department for a system check
   and final interview. This is to ensure your 100% commitment to the job.

   POOL ENDORSEMENT
   
   Congratulations! The signing of contracts and on-boarding checklist will be
   done in this step. On-boarding Orientation will ensue after.

   CLIENT MATCHING

   the client's interview and you're good to go!
