IMPACT STORIES

Initially i was skeptical about reaching out to a counsellor, then I connected
with VR wellness services and spoke to Rincy, She made me feel at ease about the
process and she was able to understand what I wanted to express and her
homeworks helped me in gaining clarity.

I lost my loved ones due to Covid and was feeling lost and experiencing a lot of
regret. I started taking sessions and slowly started accepting the events and
making space for new experiences without feeling guilty about the past. Sessions
with Rincy has helped me in bringing my self back on track.

I was going through a breakup and I felt, overwhelmed and afraid to reach out to
anyone. When I sought counselling, Rincy made me feel comfortable and I was able
to vent out my concerns and together we were able to identify my triggers and
she helped me in set boundaries for myself. I'm happy to reach out to her for
counselling sessions.
