program, authorizing your utility usage data to be shared with OhmConnect and

account. If you select the free smart plug or discounted thermostat, you must
connect your smart device within 30 days of delivery or you will be charged the
full purchase price for your selected smart plug or smart thermostat plus
applicable sales tax (less amount already paid). Please note that it may take up
to 30 days to ship the item. OhmConnect is not responsible for delays caused by
third-party shipping companies. Limit one per participating household. Cannot be
