GAE provided a quote in September of 2021 - due to (understandably & unavoidable) C19 and weather delays.... our work was completed by early May - without any material or labor increases. Great craftsmanship on the portico, swift & quick window installers and gutters went up as planned....all had to be timed with the portico build. Job well done !!! The soffits, fascia, gutters, and deck were damaged. I reached out to Great American Exteriors and had to the pleasure of meeting Rob Shoemaker. He came out to my home to provide and estimate for me and I must say I was very impressed with the way he went over every detail with me and answered any questions I had. When it came time for me to submit my bids to the insurance company they fought me tooth and nail and it became a long draw out process. Through it all Rob Shoemaker along with a few of the guys in the office name Jason and Rob stuck with me and were very patient and helpful as we tried to work through this ordeal with my insurance company. In the end( for now at least) I was only able to get my gutters, fascia, and soffit repaired. The team came out as as scheduled and did a fantastic job on my home!
