Hello everyone! I have a VA - one of my best- that is asking to be removed from
Upwork so that I can pay her directly because of the Upwork additional fees. I

Not enough Time in the Day?
Are you in the viscous cycle of “I Just have no time”? Distractions are the #1
killer to taking the action that leads to results. You cannot create results or
balance unless you are willing to remove distractions. Some common distractions:
1 – Focusing on the wrong things 2 – Micromanaging your team 3 – Choosing NOT to

The Significance of Using a CRM for Lead Management
If you're not using a reputable CRM to manage your leads, you're potentially
missing out on valuable cases. Here's why. After collaborating with lawyers in
our program, it's evident that only a few attorneys have a clear understanding
of how their Intakers manage leads. Most intakers tend to call a lead once and
rely on automated emails and texts thereafter. However, relying solely on emails
and texts is often insufficient, especially when dealing with cold traffic from
ads. This is where a CRM becomes essential. A CRM allows you to track the
frequency of your calls to leads, manage follow-ups, track open tasks, and
identify no-show appointments. When you're generating more than 40-50 leads a
month, it becomes nearly impossible to effectively track and manage them using a
Google Doc or similar method. Stay tuned for next week's post, where I'll share
my insights on a standard pipeline and stage setup for those running ads. Are

Do you really need to hire right now?
This week in our implementation sessions, we focused a lot on hiring. We had to
ask ourselves, "Do we really need to hire someone new?" Before jumping into it,
we took a step back to check our systems and how we do things. We didn't rush
into putting up a job ad. Instead, we got the whole team together to talk about
what's hard or causing problems. Then, we looked at what we can make easier by
using tools or sharing tasks. We also thought about what we can stop doing
altogether. This way, when we do hire, it's not just about getting more people.
It's about making things work better for everyone. If you haven't made it a
practice in your firm to meet with your teams to identify pain points, I've
attached a document with a few helpful questions to better structure your team.
