Lots of extras and Luis kept me posted from the day my car went in. It was great working with Luis. Paula stayed on top of all my insurance issues and made it easy for to understand the financial process. I highly and I mean highly recommend this shop. Never in my life have I ever walked into a body shop and felt immediately welcomed, idk if its my personality (i have a resting B** face) or that's just the nature of body shops but that's my experience in general Cold and Bleak. From the staff to the Managers, everyone here makes you feel welcomed. Ive unfortunately had the opportunity to visit a couple body shops in my lifetime and the whole ordeal usually feels fake and awkward and uneasy at points, I feel like my car is just a job to the people and I don't really get the sense that they give 2 sh*ts about you or your car for the matter, never have I felt welcomed or have i ever gotten a sense of peace of mind walking into a body shop that is up until today of course. As odd as this may sound I'm actually looking forward to this whole ordeal now since the stress that has been lifted off my back is probably the best thing to happen to me since this shitty year started lol. My car is in your hands and I trust your team of professionals will take care of my car like it was one of their own. He communicates via email frequently with pictures and time estimates on how much longer they'd be taking. Turns out my car had other internal issues, so he contacted the insurance of the person who hit me and had them come in for another estimate. He was detailed with any steps he was taking with my car which made me feel at ease throughout the process. Anyway, when I finally and rapidly got my car back, (6 days) I was grateful for the extra care the mechanics took to make my car look nice and clean. They removed additional scuff marks I'd made and vacuumed. TRULY THE BEST. Thank you Luis!!!
