WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY EVENT IS CANCELLED?

If your event has been cancelled, we will always email you with all the
information you need. You do not need to contact us.

If we don’t have an up to date email address for you, don’t worry! Even if you
don’t receive this information, you will still receive a refund.

Tickets purchased by credit or debit card will be refunded in full including the
ticket and refundable ticket purchase, if relevant, and patrons do not need to
take any action.


WHAT IF MY EVENT IS POSTPONED?

If your event has been postponed, we will always email you with all the
information you need. You do not need to contact us.

If we don’t have an up to date email address for you, don’t worry! Even if you
don’t receive this information, your tickets will remain valid. Information
regarding the postponement may also be found on the relevant show page as the
details are confirmed.

We will let you know the rescheduled dates as soon as we can. All tickets
purchased for the original date will be honoured for the rescheduled dates.

If you are unable to attend when the new dates are announced or the show cannot
be rescheduled, you will receive a full refund. Further information on this
process will be communicated when a new date is decided.

HOW DO I USE MOBILE TICKET?

Mobile ticket delivery will allow you to have a ticket delivered electronically
to your compatible mobile phone and does not require a email ticket to be
printed, just open up your ticket and scan it at the event.

If you are unable to access your mobile ticket when at the event, please log in
to your Davis Corp account to re download. If you are at event you will need to
be the account/card holder with ID so we can access your details.
