William co-founded Northspyre in 2017 after spending six years as a New York City real estate developer and project lead. He worked for leading firms like Madison Realty Capital, Macklowe Properties and Jones Lang LaSalle on high-profile, multimillion-dollar ground-up developments and major renovations across the city.
