ABOUT US

Why rent from Jesmond Lets?

No hidden fees

Jesmond Lets is not an agency. We own and operate all of our homes. Rent
directly from us. There's no agency fees to pay, and no admin fees. All you pay
is your rent.

Well maintained homes

We regularly renovate our homes, and make sure they all are kept to the highest
possible standard, so you can have the most comfortable experience possible. Our
maintenance team is always on hand to help with any issues you may have.

Hassle free

Bills can be a hassle. We can help with that. All our homes are available with
bills included, that’s electricity, gas, water and internet all taken care of!

Experienced landlords

We bought our first home on Holly Avenue in 2007 (the one in the picture!), and
have been welcoming students to Jesmond ever since. We look forward to welcoming
you!
