              <p> The report shall be sent electronically to its recipient immediately after it has been prepared and as agreed upon. An automatic deletion of the responses shall be undertaken as a standard practice after 12 months or after a
                timeframe prescribed by the responsible party (max. 36 months). The online report shall be stored until the designated point in time. </p>
              <p> Your responses shall be automatically deleted after the point in time which has been agreed upon by the responsible party. An extension of the storage timeframe may be undertaken by mutual agreement. As long as your responses have
                not yet been deleted, the report can be generated again in another language than the currently selected one or, in the case of an error in the report-generating program, with modified content. Your consent in this regard shall be
                respectively obtained directly by Nick Smith from . </p>
              <p> Please carefully safeguard your access code for the online questionnaire. If you should want to object to the processing of your data, you can do this at any time here or by submitting your objection to Nick Smith of with
