GREAT STAY FOR BUSINESS
I have stayed at this Fairfield Inn & Suites, Fredericksburg on at least 5

FRIENDLY AND CONVENIENT
Staff was very friendly. We got a one bedroom suite but the bedroom was not
an actual bedroom. There wasn’t a door and there was a wall will a large
opening between the two rooms. I was very disappointed about that. Other
than that everything was great.

Not worth the price at all. The facilities and building is old and
outdated. The breakfast was tasteless and the guests ran through the
hallways making noise late at night.

GOT STUCK
Only problem was wife and grand children in elevator causing the fire dept.
to be called upsetting them especially since hotel did not have elevator
key on hand to get them quickly when the arrived

while staying with us. Your experience of the elevator malfunction was
very unfortunate and completely below our standards.
Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority
and I am happy to hear that our staff assisted you the best they could
in this situation. I deeply apologize that your family experienced
this. We have had the elevator toughly inspected and it was determined
that it may have over heated during the excessive use the morning of
your departure. I have shared your feedback with the leadership teams

complimentary breakfast is very popular especially on the weekends.
Even though it is out of our control of the timing each guest comes to
eat during the breakfast hours one of our goals is to make sure all of
our guest has the time and feel comfortable to enjoy a hot fresh
breakfast. I am so sorry that this took away from you experiencing a
good breakfast before departing on that Sunday morning. I have shared
