Fixed our bath tub. Joel Legatt 16 July 2024 We had a gas leak emergency (fire department came out, house evacuated, etc...) from a dryer install due to a faulty shut-off valve. Knowing that our gas was shut off, the plumber came within 2 hours of when I called. The job was more extensive due to the pipe next to the valve needing to be replaced as well, and they were courteous, up front with the cost, and provided a gas leak test at no extra charge. Additionally, the professional who installed our dryer did not do a good job, and even though it was not Precision Plus's fault that the dryer wasn't set up properly, they wanted to properly set us up, and came out promptly to address it at no extra cost.
