How do I make a booking?


To book your dream trip, simply complete our enquiry form or take our travel
personality quiz. Our team will then reach out to assist you in planning your
perfect adventure!

How does the payment process work?


Once we receive your request, we will send you a tour proposal that outlines the
itinerary, inclusions, and cost of the tour. If you agree to the proposal, we
will send you a payment invoice. Payment must be received in full before the
tour is confirmed and scheduled. The Company accepts various payment methods,
including credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Are there any hidden fees or charges?


The prices we quote you once your itinerary has been finalised are the final
prices you'll pay for your trip. There are no hidden fees or charges. Our
pricing includes the booking price for accommodations, transportation, and any
other included services, along with our standard service fee. We believe in
transparent pricing, so you can trust that the price you see is the price you'll
pay.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?


We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and sometimes you may need to
adjust your tour. If such a situation arises, please don't hesitate to contact
us as soon as possible. We're here to assist you and will strive to accommodate
your needs accordingly.

In the event of a cancellation, our refund policy is as follows: If you cancel
your tour within 60 days prior to the start date, you will receive a refund of
80% of the tour fee. This refund is intended to cover the costs associated with
rebooking the tour and compensate the Company for the time and resources
invested in preparing for your tour.

If you cancel within 30-60 days prior to the start date, you will receive a
refund of 50% of the tour fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to
departure are not eligible for any refund. 

Please note that a non-refundable deposit per person will be taken at the time
of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and serves to secure your tour and
cover the costs associated with processing your booking.

What travel documents do I need?


Visa requirements and necessary travel documents vary depending on your
citizenship. Rest assured, our team will guide you through the entire process,
ensuring you have all the correct travel documents before embarking on your
journey.

Where can I find information about my trip?


You'll receive all the information you need about your trip via email once
everything is finalized. We'll send you a comprehensive itinerary and travel
guide containing details about your accommodations, transportation, activities,
and more. If you have any other questions or need assistance at any time, our
24/7 support team is always available via our contact channels.

Can I book extra add ons?


Absolutely! You have the flexibility to book extra add-ons at any point during
your trip planning process. We take pride in offering a fully customisable
experience tailored to your preferences and needs. Whether it's adding
additional activities or extending your stay, we're here to accommodate your
requests and make your trip truly memorable.

Do I need travel insurance?


While travel insurance is not a mandatory requirement for booking with us, we
highly recommend that all travellers secure comprehensive travel insurance. This
will help protect you from unexpected events such as trip cancellation, medical
emergencies, travel delays, and lost luggage.
