KEREM OKTAR

I am a PhD Candidate in Psychology at Princeton University working with Tania
Lombrozo(link is external) and Tom Griffiths(link is external). My research aims
to clarify the psychological and computational basis of disagreement – across
scales, domains, and agents – from definition to intervention. I also study
decision-making; in particular, I am interested in understanding people's
preferences for relying on intuition vs. deliberation.

Previously, I worked as a research assistant for Shlomi Sher,(link is external)
Jack Abecassis,(link is external) and Michele Diaz(link is external),
investigating a wide variety of topics, from language and aging to
consciousness.
