workflow available on the Cancer Genomics Cloud, the SRA to DRS Converter
(https://cgc.sbgenomics.com/public/app.... The NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA)
houses an estiamted 33 petabytes of genomic/transcriptomic sequencing data,
including both human and non-human data. Our new workflow, SRA to DRS Converter,
helps make that data available for analysis without download. Watch and learn
