PRIVACY POLICY - DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS

Processing of your personal data

Your personal data is collected and processed for the purpose of contacting and
providing you relevant marketing materials regarding Ramboll’s products and
services. The marketing materials will, based on the processing of your personal
data, be targeted to your specific interests and preferences.

Data Controller

Ramboll Group A/S, Hannemanns Allé 53, 2300 Copenhagen, (henceforth: Ramboll) is
the data controller for the processing of personal data. This means that it is
Ramboll who determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal
data. You can obtain further information on the personal data which Ramboll
processes about you by contacting privacy@ramboll.com.

Categories of personal data and how they will be processed

Ramboll collect and process the following personal data for marketing purposes
in order to promote our products and services to you:

 * Contact information that you provide to us, e.g. name, phone number and
   e-mail address. This information will be processed in order to be able to
   contact you with relevant marketing materials.
 * Information we automatically collect when you use our website, our landing
   pages, newsletters, webinar platforms and other digital services, e.g.
   browser information, IP address, geography, time of access and information
   regarding your usage and activity on our websites and other digital
   platforms. Part of this information is collected through the use of cookies
   and the information collected will therefore depend on your consent to the

 * Information collected from third parties, e.g. search engine providers and
   social media platforms. If you use these services to interact with Ramboll’s
   websites and services, we may collect and process your personal data provided

   is shared with us on the third party’s website.

We may combine the personal data that we have collected from third parties, with
personal data that you have provided to us or which we automatically collect.
This enables us to target our marketing materials to your specific interests and
preferences. When Ramboll collect and process your personal data as described
above, such collection and processing is based on Ramboll’s legitimate interest
promoting our products and services, and it is assessed that our interest in
pursuing this interest overrides your interests.

Access to personal data

Ramboll uses data processors that may process your personal data on our behalf
and following our instructions. In these cases, we will ensure that appropriate
safeguards are implemented in order to secure your personal data.

Your personal data may be accessed by Ramboll group entities worldwide on a need
to know basis. Ramboll use external service providers for hosting and operating
our digital services and offerings and your personal data may be accessed and
processed by such service providers strictly on behalf of Ramboll.

Please be informed that the level of data protection as currently applied and
enforced in countries outside the European Union does not conform to the level
of data protection for personal data currently applied and enforced within the
European Union. The transfer of data between Ramboll group entities will be
based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Ramboll may engage third party service providers that will have access to and
process your personal data. If such third-party services providers process your
personal data outside of the EU/EEA, such transfer of personal data will either
be subject to the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can
request a copy of the agreement covering the transfer of personal data by
contacting privacy@ramboll.com.

Storage of personal data

Unless Ramboll is required under applicable law to keep your personal data for a
longer period of time, Ramboll may keep your basic personal data for two years
after registration of the data or after your last activity, such as opening a
newsletter that you signed up for, visiting Ramboll’s websites or other
engagement with our digital services. Basic personal data in this context is
name, e-mail and other contact information that will ensure, we can continue to
provide you with newsletters and other services you have signed up for without
you having to resubscribe. Other personal data is kept for no more than two
years, unless Ramboll is required under applicable law to keep it for longer.
According to applicable legislation Ramboll must be able to document that you
have provided the necessary consent to receive marketing materials. We will
therefore keep the personal data that is necessary in order for us to be able to
demonstrate our compliance. The personal data will be kept in up to two years
after the consent has been revoked or is no longer used.

Rights of the data subject

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have certain
rights regarding Ramboll’s processing of your personal data. If you want to
exercise these rights, please contact privacy@ramboll.com.

Right of access You have the right to obtain access to the personal data that we
process about you, as well as certain additional information regarding the
processing.

Right to rectification You have the right to obtain rectification of inaccurate
personal data that we process about you.

Right to erasure In certain cases, you have the right to obtain erasure of your
personal data, before our general obligation to erase personal data occurs.

Right to restriction of processing In certain cases, you have the right to
obtain restriction of the processing of your personal data. Where the processing
has been restricted, such personal data shall, with the exception of storage,
only be processed with the data subject’s consent or for the establishment,
exercise or defense of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of
another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of
the Union or of a Member State.

Right to object In certain cases, you have the right to object to our lawful
processing of your personal data. You shall also have the right to object to a
processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Right to data portability In certain cases, you have the right to receive your
personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and
have the right to transmit those data to another data controller without
hindrance.
