TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions are set to regulate the request for refund voucher at
PT Citilink Indonesia. Please read this term and condition carefully

 1. Voluntary refund refund is refund of air transportation service fees
    submitted by passengers before the flight schedule for personal reasons
    (illness, canceled departure, pregnancy and personal matters) by attaching
    supporting documents for voluntary refund according to the Regulation of the
    Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia 30 of 2021 Article
    10.
 2. Involuntary refund is refund of air transportation service fees due to a
    cancellation or change flight schedule for at least 1 hour from the airline
    or other regulated circumstances
    Types of involuntary refund submission are:
    * Flight cancellation from Citilink
    * Changes of flight schedules from Citilink
    * Flight delay of at least 1 hour
    * Passenger has passed away
    * Refused to fly by the airport
    * Force Majeure
 3. Refund Payment Methods
    
    Credit Card (CC) : Refunds via card holder Transfer/ Cash : Refunds via
    passenger accounts Kredivo/ LinkAja/ HomeCredit/ ShopeePay   : Refunds via
    user account balance / wallet

 4. Refund submission is for all passengers within one booking code, if
    submitting refund not for all passengers, please contact our call center at
    telephone number 08041080808.
