I AM AN ECONOMICS AND FINANCE STUDENT AT LUISS GUIDO CARLI BASED IN ROME. I
PARTICULARLY ENJOY QUANTITATIVE METHODS AND EMPIRICAL RESEARCH IN APPLIED
ECONOMICS AND FINANCIAL MARKETS.


I ENJOY QUANTITATIVE SUBJECTS WITH A DATA DRIVEN APPROACH

I’m Francesco, a finance student with a strong foundation in quantitative
analysis and coding. My academic journey has equipped me with a robust
understanding of financial and economic theories, models, and principles, which
I complement with advanced skills in programming languages such as Python, C,
and MatLab. This unique combination allows me to efficiently analyze complex
financial data, develop predictive models, and create automated solutions for
financial decision-making.

Whether it’s performing statistical analysis, constructing financial algorithms,
or developing trading strategies, my goal is to bridge the gap between finance
and technology to drive impactful results.

WHAT I DO

From studying theoretical subjects such as monetary policy economics to
econometrics I delve deeper by using a data driven and empirical approach which
helps me building a extensive comprehension of quantitative subjects and
relevant project from the academical and professional point of view. 



THEORETICAL APPROACH

An optimal data-driven approach strives from an excellent comprehension and
proficiency in technical subjects: this requires an active interest in a
discipline proven by constantly pursuing a deeper level of knowledge and by
costantly being up to date with the latest research activities in the field.

QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS

The other essential character of my approach is the data analysis component. A
good knowledge of a subject is demonstrated more often when being able to apply
to the real world (e.g. to the financial markets) all the models and the
theorems learned. This requires proficiency in data analysis, data structures
and multiple coding languages.

TEAM WORK

None of the skills previously mentioned are sufficient in the absence of an
optimal team building and leadership. Just like in the workplace, in academy the
constant development of new projects requires good interpersonal soft skills;
it's the most important key to success.

As a summer intern consultant I have to: - make strategic consulting for
financial decisions; - do economic research; - pursue, in a data driven context,
statistical analysis from the monetary, policy and financial point of view; -
read and analyze documents and financial reports.
