About Us:


 

Northern Microlight School is one of the longest established schools (circa
1982) in the U.K. and we founded St Michael's Airfield in 1985.  The site is
located in the centre of flat open countryside making it a perfect base for
flight training operations.  Our experienced instructors have  many thousands of
hours between them and dedicate themselves to teaching ab initio students to the
licence standard following the CAA approved  National Private Pilots Licence
syllabus on both Flex and Fixed wing microlights
