   FarmCity is a unique project that merges NFTs with real world farm. It offers
   users the opportunity to purchase virtual land as NFTs. Then raised money
   will be used to operate in actual farm businesses, such as Copra (coconut),
   Shrimp, and Chicken farm. Owner of FarmCity NFTs will receive shares from
   farm businesses after a specified period, creating a tangible return on their
   investments.

   Farm minting in FarmCity involves a digital-to-real investment. When a you
   purchases our NFT, the funds are allocated to real farm business. Here's how
   it works:
   
    1. Purchase: Users select and purchase a NFT farmland available on the
       FarmCity platform.
    2. Investment: The funds from these NFT sales are then invested in
       real-world farming such as Copra, Shrimp, and Chicken farming.
    3. Dividend Share: Over time, when farm generate produce profits. The profit
       from the business will be allocated to NFT owners, proportionate to their
       investment.
    4. Claim Dividend: Finally, the returns from these farming activities are
       transfered into our Vault, then user can claim their share.
