ONE TO ONE COACHING



Develop your self-awareness, build strategies and take action in a safe,
personalised and confidential space. Improve your leadership skills and reflect
on both, challenges and solutions to implement a culture where employees are
engaged, empowered and accountable.
The offered packages include 8 or 12 one hour sessions, online or onsite if
possible, scheduled on a bi-weekly basis.





LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP



During this workshop, you will learn and exercise how to develop a coaching
mindset in your interactions with your employees, along with coaching processes
of communication. You will also learn and work on the qualities that define a
true leader today, one that inspires employees to follow them.
This workshop can be 1 or 2 days long and is most effective in groups of no more
than 4 people.





COACHING + WORKSHOP



The combination will provide you with the highest level of transformation.
Coaching will support you in self-reflecting and developing your self-awareness.
The workshop will introduce the best way to lead employees in an empowering and
engaging manner.
This package includes 12 one hour, bi-weekly coachings. The workshop takes place
halfway through your sessions.

SUPPORT & GUIDE YOUR TEAM

Be less concerned with controlling or commanding team members, and more focused
on supporting and guiding them to reach their own conclusions and develop their
own solutions. Your role is to facilitate the growth and development of your
team members, rather than to impose your own ideas or solutions.

ABOUT RULA DRASKOVICH



Rula Draskovich is an ICF certified coach specialized in leadership and employee
retention. She is also a general manager at the energy company Electro Guessing
GmbH.

Rula´s international experience has taken her from Libya to Canada, Italy,
Switzerland, and Austria. Before joining her current position, she spent 7 years
as a manager for a leading international shipping company supporting global
teams in both North and South America as well as North Africa.When she joined
Electro Guessing GmbH, she developed her expertise in leadership with coaching
style to ensure sustained growth of the company and build a strong company
culture. She has been supporting the leaders and employees in their development
and their initiatives.

In addition to her current role as General Manager, Rula is on a mission to
support other founders and team leaders outside her company who struggle with
employee retention and who want to sustain growth. Through her coaching services
she helps them develop their own self-awareness and strategies to build the
engaged team and company culture that will allow them to make a bigger impact.
