Can I add extension(s) to a .com website address that I do not own?

No. This service is only available to the lawful registrant of the matching .com
website address. This policy will never change.

Will this service work with all of my existing cloud service providers?

This service will work with any cloud provider who allows its customers to use
their own custom domain names. The provider must also be able to provide us with
an IP address to the instance of your cloud service running on their platform.
We will soon provide a curated list of available cloud providers.

Does this service work with web addresses that do not end in .com?

No, currently this service only works with websites ending in .com. This may
change in the near future.

Why don't you have any free services?

It is common for Internet services to offer free services as a way of growing
marketshare. However, free services are often a gateway for malicious
activities. We decided against offering free services to guard against criminal
elements, and also frankly to manage our limited resources.
