WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF HOLISTIC WELLNESS!

My journey began with a passion for health, nutrition, and well-being, and over
the past 14 years, I’ve dedicated myself to guiding individuals on their path
toward a healthier, more balanced life.

After graduating in B.Sc Applied Nutrition and Dietetics from SNDT, my early
career started with intership followed by years of experience at Slimming
centres, leading Gyms. Also had the privilege to work with various Doctors and
deepen my understanding about various diseases and their effect on human body.
Over time, I realized that true wellness is not just about what we eat—it is
about nurturing the Mind, Body, and Soul all in harmony.

This realization led me to expand my practice beyond Nutrition. I trained in
Access Bars, a powerful modality that focuses on clearing mental and emotional
blocks, helping individuals achieve mental clarity and emotional healing.
Combining this therapy with personalized nutrition plans has helped me in
developing a holistic approach that goes beyond physical health, addressing
mental well-being as well.

In the quest to provide a complete healing experience, I also explored the
transformative practice of Sound Healing. By using instruments such as
Handbeaten Frequency Bowls, Solfeggio Chimes, and Tingsha Bells, which helps
release trauma, stress, and emotional blockages stored deep within the body.
This modality facilitates healing at the cellular level, bringing peace,
balance, and harmony.

As a mother of two, I understand the challenges of maintaining a balanced
lifestyle. This personal experience has deepened my empathy for my clients,
allowing me to offer practical, compassionate guidance tailored to their unique
needs.

Whether you are looking for nutritional support, emotional healing, or a deeper

ONLINE THERAPY
