An International Trading Company The TSEL group of companies has been in business for over 20 years as International Traders. They specializing in two major markets; Semiconductor Equipment (Microchip Manufacturing) and Petroleum Mandate (Bonny Light Crude Oil - BLCO) HISTORY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION History The TSEL group of companies is an International Trading organization founded by Tom Simpson and Steve Pearson in 2001. The group has evolved, from its start-up in 2001, into a profitable global entity, at first specializing in the funding, sourcing, and disposition of semiconductor capital equipment for the electronics industry. Then in 2011 TSEL diversified into other industries such as Energy and Manufacturing. TSEL Ltd. is now the exclusive global Mandate for Swond Enterprise, an NNPC Bonny Terminal allocation holder of Bonny Light Crude Oil (BLCO). The TSEL group has traded on five continents from its offices in the USA, UK and Bermuda. Each of the four companies in this group are profitable in themselves, and each company has strategic alliances with Senior Management Contacts, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Petroleum Suppliers, Allocation Holders, Funding and Shipping Sources. TSEL is now focused on two market segments, one being High Tech Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment and the other being the sale of Bonny Light Crude Oil (BLCO) from NNPC in Nigeria. An International Trading Company SEMICONDUCTOR EQUIPMENT MICROCHIP MANUFACTURING Semiconductor Equipment (Microchip Manufacturing) The TSEL Group generates its recurring revenue by purchasing, managing, selling for its own account, or on behalf of its client’s accounts. They work with Bank of America, HSBC, RBC and other leading global financial institutions. TSEL Partners Ltd, headed by Steve Pearson, has alliances with many of the world’s large and small electronics manufacturing companies that may require second or third generation tool sets and financing. TSEL has provided its core products to many of the top ten Global Semiconductor Manufacturing Companies. Summary It has always been the intent of the TSEL Group to listen first with the appropriate team, and then generate a cost-effective solution for their client, however small or large, with regard to whether this is a one-off exit strategy or a long-term contract. TELCO TESTING SOLUTIONS LLC A TSEL COMPANY TELCO Testing Solutions The Semiconductor Equipment group also oversees TSEL’s investment into TELCO Testing Solutions, an electronic design and manufacturing company of test equipment for the Semiconductor Industry that specializes in automotive electronics. TSEL owns over 80% of the stock in this company. Telco Testing Solutions has an installed base of 100’s of Microchip testing systems based predominantly in Asia that are supported locally and from its headquarters in Arizona USA. The systems are mainly used to test automotive electronic components that ultimately end up in the cars, vans and trucks produced by the largest manufacturers of automotives in the world. PETROLEUM MANDATE BONNY LIGHT CRUDE OIL (BLCO) Petroleum Mandate TSEL Ltd. headed up by Tom Simpson has partnered with SWOND ENTERPRISE, an Allocation Holder for NNPC Bonny Terminal that currently holds a “Letter of Authority / Mandate to Sell Cargo and Represent the NNPC/Shell JV Bonny Terminal.” SWOND Enterprise appointed TSEL as its exclusive, official and legal Mandate to act and serve as its agent and representative to discuss and negotiate sales, supplies and logistics of petroleum products and business affairs for and on behalf of Swond Enterprise. Swond Enterprise has been vetted by NNPC and currently holds both a Master Contract with Swond Enterprises/TSEL Financial Services Ltd and a Letter of Authority/Mandate to sell cargo and represent the NNPC-JV Operators Bonny Terminal, both issued by NNPC. Swond Enterprise has designated TSEL as a trusted advisor for its organization and has the full company authorization and support of SWOND Enterprise.
