TYPES OF HIRE




Established in 1999, Banquet Inn provides a professional mobile bar service for
any event or celebration. We have an experienced team of staff who work closely
with our clients, to bring a hassle free bar service to your event.

WEDDINGS AND PARTIES

We work with a number of prestigious wedding venues, both as the resident bar
supplier and on an ad hoc basis. We can set up a bar for your party in any venue
or location, just let us know your request and we will do the rest.

CORPORATE EVENTS AND PRODUCT LAUNCHES

We have worked with small and large companies, for their private events. These
have included John Lewis and AztraZeneca Christmas Parties, Nuclear Races,
Cambridge University May Balls, 3 Mills Studio Wrap Parties...and many more.

FOOD PARKS AND OUTDOOR EVENTS

We work alongside companies such as Street Food Heroes, to provide the drinks at
various food park locations. We also provide our service annually at local
events including Mill Road Winter Fair (Cambridge), Cambridgeshire Show,
Lighting up Brentwood (Essex) and many more.

FESTIVALS

We can set up a larger beer tent or serve from one (or more) of our mobile bars!
Ascot Racecourse, Hertford Town Events and Reach Fair are examples of our
clients.

WHERE IT ALL BEGAN



Established in 1999, after 30 years in the trade, Andy Cranch set up a small
mobile bar business in Cambridge. Prior to setting up Banquet Inn, Andy was the
landlord of prestigious pubs including The Golden Fleece in Chelmsford & The
Fountain Inn in Cambridge. His hard work & dedication won him many awards &
accolades, this culminating in Andy being nominated for Publican of the Year in
1997. Over the years, Banquet Inn has grown to become a leading bar supplier in
Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, London and the surrounding areas. The team
at The Inn are professional, experienced, approachable and pride themselves in
providing the best service.

“I was so lucky to have the Banquet Inn come and provide a mobile bar at my 60th
birthday party on Saturday night. From the first moment of chatting to Andy
through to the bar set up, it was stress free and highly professional. I had
every confidence that they were the right company for my function and I wasn’t
disappointed, in fact my expectations were surpassed, Jimmy worked hard to serve
my very thirsty 80 guests. The choice of gins was particularly impressive.
Considering that he was serving drinks for 80 people for 7 hours, he did
amazingly well and there was still ice for our drinks at the end- fabulous! I
would definitely recommend Banquet Inn to everyone, I will not hesitate to use
them for my next party although I do think I need to recover first! Thanks Andy
and Jimmy - 1st rate service and great guys too!”
