One on one counseling offers clients a safe and supportive environment where
they can reflect on their struggles more deeply and intimately. Individual
counseling sessions allow clients to focus on the uniqueness of their situation,
as well as identify their own resources, enabling them to develop individualized
solutions o their dilemmas.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING

One-on-one counselling offers clients a safe and supportive environment where
they can reflect on their struggles more deeply and intimately.


GROUP COUNSELLING

A large portion of addiction treatment occurs in therapeutic groups. Groups are
tremendously useful in offering their members a sense of community.


COUPLES & FAMILY THERAPY

Addiction is considered a family disease and can result in devastating
consequences that affect everyone around the addict.


PSYCHOEDUCATION

Understanding the nature of addiction is paramount in its treatment. Clients
feel empowered when they have an understanding of their addictions and/or
traumas.


12-STEP RECOVERY

The 12 - Step Program was originally created by Alcoholics Anonymous & has since
then been adapted to address a wide range of substance abuse & dependency
problems.


PSYCHODRAMA THERAPY

Psychodrama is an experiential form of therapy developed by Jacob Moreno, MD,
using guided dramatic action to examine events.


ART THERAPY

Art therapy is a way to improve mental health and well-being by combining
psychotherapeutic techniques with the creative process.


MINDFULNESS TRAINING

Mindfulness is paying active, open attention to the present moment. This state
is defined as observing one's thoughts and feelings without passing judgement on
whether they are good or bad.
