HELEN PAPPAS, FOUNDER



Helen Pappas founded Salveo Healthcare Solutions to provide the medical staffing
industry with a simple but effective way to match medical employers with skilled
and caring professional staff. Drawing on a decade of experience in recruiting,
Helen created a highly effective process by which Salveo identifies the best
medical and therapy providers for large healthcare and educational settings
where rigorous screening is critical. Helen developed Salveo’s approach to begin
with listening closely to the client’s needs, which is often lacking in the
recruiting arena. Helen is also the founder of Salveo’s sister company, Great
Generations, a premier household staffing firm that places home-based tutors,
elder care companions, and more. Helen’s career began at IBM, after which she
began her foray into entrepreneurship by establishing an executive search
agency, HP Associates. Today, her decades of experience connecting the right
people with the right employers have enabled her to bring compassion and success
to her staffing approach at Salveo.
