AUTOMATED SDS GENERATION

SDS Factory relies on AI to automatically generate and pre-fill the 16 sections
of your SDS based on the calculated classification of the product. This includes
pre-suggested UN transport codes for section 14. Choose the destination language
and country and SDS Factory automatically adapts the SDS to local specificities
and provides an expert translation. Your SDS is ready to be saved and/or
downloaded in a PDF format, or into Word if you want to make additional changes.

EXPERT SDS TRANSLATION

SDS Factory is able to translate your SDS in 1 single click into more than 35
languages.

The SDS Factory translation algorithm id based on an Artificial Intelligence and
machine learning model and automatically delivers an expert SDS translation.

The software also relies on an official database of standard regulatory SDS
phrases (EuPhrac) for a professional and perfectly compliant translation. New
languages can easily be added to the system.

CALCULATION OF THE CLP/GHS CLASSIFICATION

Translating an SDS is often not enough to guarantee compliance. For example,
when going from Europe to the US, the SDS must also meet US standards and US
substance classification.

standard to another becomes possible (including in bulk), without having to do
so manually!
