accelerated with Telkomsel
4. Startup founder competencies consist of 3H (hipster, hustler, hacker)
5. Enthusiasm to meet agreed metrics
6. If you are selected to take part in the pitching day, you are willing to
provide a financial and valuation report (from the latest funding round)
7. Ready to receive funding that will be converted into investment by
Telkomsel's venture arm (if approved by the Investment Committee)
8. Your startup has potential to collaborate with Business Units Telkomsel to
create synergy values 
9. Willing to take part in the entire series of Tinc programs
